Projects move faster when the first message includes the basics. This checklist helps you send the information that usually matters most for custom fabrication, welding, railings, repairs, restoration, and mailbox work.
Show the full project area from a few angles so the scope is easy to understand.
Damage, attachment points, rust, movement, and layout details often matter more than people expect.
Height, width, run length, step count, or part size can make the initial review much more accurate.
Tell us whether the work is repair, replacement, reinforcement, or new fabrication.
City, property type, and access notes all help us review the project in context.
Sketches, drawings, sample photos, and markups can all be uploaded if the job is more detailed.
Better first information usually means fewer follow-up questions and a more useful quote conversation. It also helps us decide whether the project should stay in a simple request flow or move into a more detailed upload or RFQ path.
You do not need a perfect package. Start with the most useful details you can gather and we will take it from there.
